Returns
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of your order receipt.
To return your order go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/7416
Enter your order number that starts with # followed by 5 numerical digits (e.g. #12345) and select a return reason. Fill your contact details and click "Create your label". After that you can download the return label and print it or you can arrange a collection. Also an email will be sent to you with a QR code, so you can print the label at the Post Office.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels and tags intact. You’ll also need to enclose the Return Form/ Delivery Note that came with your order.
UK mainland & Northern Ireland returns are free of charge.
The cost and arrangement of non-UK mainland & Northern Ireland returns are borne by the customer.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
